Exceptional

The Hotel Staff went above and beyond for Service and Assistance. Our coach was late arriving in Rouen past Check In Time. They waited until we were there safe and sound. Being Disabled all our Luggage was taken to our Rooms.

Next door to palace and a block away from cathedral. Walking tours start at Cathedral so easy to get a tour and tips for your stay. Extra bonus is that during the summer every night there is a light show on the facade of the cathedral at 11pm sharp.

Excellent, excellent location in downtown historic Rouen and very affordable for my more modest travel budget. My view was of a huge building dated to 1045! I choose my hotels based on location and low per night.
